We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telesales & B2B Dealing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships in the B2B segment.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing business clients.
Explain company products/services and generate new business opportunities.
Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.
Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with corporate clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales / inside sales / B2B sales.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
