We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team . The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹15000 and opportunities for growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services (web development, software solutions, digital marketing, etc.).

• Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information about services.

• Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and transfer details to the sales/business development team.

• Maintain customer data in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional communication.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to help improve service offerings.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking abilities.

• Basic knowledge of IT services (preferred, training will be provided).

• Ability to handle objections and remain positive under pressure.

• Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
