Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, follow up with potential customers, and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to persuade and convert leads effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company’s products or services.
· Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to callers.
· Maintain and update customer database regularly.
· Meet daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals.
· Prepare and submit daily call reports to the team leader or manager.
Mandatory Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in (English / Hindi / Regional language).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream preferred)
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales (Freshers can apply).
