As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining company products/services, and generating leads. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who have good communication skills and a passion for sales.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively.
Generate leads and maintain a database of clients.
Follow up on leads to convert into sales.
Maintain daily/weekly call reports and achieve targets.
Experience: 0–1 year in telesales/telecalling (freshers can apply).
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Skills:
Good communication skills (Gujarati/Hindi mandatory, English is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.).
Confidence, positive attitude, and sales-driven mindset.
Location Preference: Candidates residing near Sachin GIDC / Surat will be preferred.
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month + incentives.
