Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made and conversions completed.
Coordinate with other departments such as admissions or sales for smooth processing of applications.
Address queries or concerns and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Promote seminars, events, or webinars through tele-counselling and invite participation.
Provide timely reports to management about lead status, feedback, and performance metrics.
