Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding stock market services (Demat Account, Trading Account, Mutual Funds, etc.).
Educate customers about investment products, stock broking services, and benefits.
Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert into active clients.
Assist customers in the account opening process (Demat/Trading).
Maintain and update client details in CRM/Excel sheets.
Handle queries related to stock market investments, brokerage charges, and trading platforms.
Provide basic market updates and guide customers to connect with research/relationship managers for advanced advisory.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and account activations.
Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and company policies while communicating with clients.
Minimum 12th pass/Graduate (Finance/Commerce background preferred).
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (regional languages are an advantage).
Basic knowledge of Stock Market, Demat, and Trading Accounts.
Ability to explain financial concepts in simple terms.
Good convincing, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, Email, Excel).
Experience in broking/financial services/telecalling is an added advantage.
