Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and assist the sales team in converting prospects into clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote current real estate projects.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about properties.

• Generate leads and maintain a database of interested clients.

• Schedule site visits and follow up with customers regularly.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth client handling.

• Maintain daily call reports, leads status, and feedback in CRM or Excel.

• Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with good communication skills may apply).

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.

• Good telephone etiquette and ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM / WhatsApp Business).

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹20,000 to 35000 per month (depending on experience).

• Incentives: Attractive performance-based commissions.

Work Schedule:

• Days: Monday to Saturday

• Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Sales Manager / Team Leader
