We are looking for a telecaller. We are looking for someone who make a large number of calls every day to connect with potential customers, understand their needs, explain how our product or service can help them, and book qualified appointments for the sales team.
Key responsibilities -
• Make a high number of outbound calls every day to connect with potential customers
• Understand customer needs and check if they are the right fit for our products or services
• Book qualified appointments or demos for the sales team
• Keep all call details, follow-ups, and updates recorded correctly in the CRM
• Explain product features confidently and handle basic objections during calls
Job requirements-
• Preferably 1+ year of experience in telecalling or telesales
• Strong communication skills and a convincing phone presence
• Target-driven, motivated, and able to handle rejection
• Comfortable speaking in the required languages (for example, Hindi and English)
• Willing to grow into sales roles with good performance
