We are looking for a confident and proactive female telecaller who can handle leads professionally, communicate effectively in Hindi, English, and Gujarati, and support the sales pipeline with CRM follow-ups, quotations, and closures. Prior experience in solar or technical products is a bonus.
Handle inbound/outbound calls and explain solar product offerings clearly.
Manage and update leads using our CRM software.
Follow up regularly with clients until conversion.
Generate leads from telecalling or assigned databases.
Prepare and send customized quotations to potential clients.
Schedule appointments for site visits or consultations.
Keep strong communication with the sales team and report daily progress.
Maintain proper records of interactions, follow-ups, and deal statuses.
Female candidates only (preferred age: 22–35 years).
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales coordination.
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English & Gujarati.
Proficient in computer operations (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Knowledge of CRM software operations (basic training can be provided).
Ability to make attractive quotations & coordinate with sales team.
Persuasive and convincing personality with closing skills.
