Job Title: Tele caller – Domestic Voice Process

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Salary Range: ₹11,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Process: Multiple Banking Processes (Kotak, SBI & others)

Experience: Fresher & Experienced – Both can apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for domestic voice processes.

• Assist customers with queries regarding banking/financial services (Kotak, SBI, etc.).

• Explain products/services clearly and maintain professional communication.

• Update and maintain customer records in the system.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

• Build positive relationships with customers by providing quality service.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.

• Ability to handle customer queries politely and effectively.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Freshers are welcome; prior tele calling/voice process experience will be an added advantage.
