Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Follow up on leads and maintain strong follow-up routines
Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of tele calling experience
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM handling)
Should be punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented
