Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain product/service features and benefits clearly.

• Generate leads and follow up regularly.

• Maintain records of calls and sales.

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6Months - 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to Mon-Sat during the 10:00am-6:30pm shift.
