We are looking for a Telecallers to join our team TotalInsurer. This role involves calling potential customers, explaining insurance details and closing sales over the phone. Get a salary of 10000/12000+ incentives along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to potential customers (Data will be provided) to promote insurance plans.

• Understand clint needs and suggest & explain insurance details and cover clearly.

• Follow up on interested customers and close sales.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

• Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.

• Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in Marathi and basic knowledge of English.

• Good negotiation and persuasion skills

• Experience in Pvt Car insurance is preferable.
