Job Description:
We are looking for a telecaller who can make and receive calls, follow up with customers, and manage documents on the computer.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and answer incoming calls.
Follow up with customers for documents and payments.
Enter and organize customer information and documents on the computer.
Keep records of all calls and updates.
Work with the team to process customer requests.
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
Good communication skills.
Ability to organize and manage documents.
Pleasant phone manner.
