We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products/services to potential customers, generating leads, maintaining customer relations, and achieving assigned targets.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
Generate leads and convert them into prospective customers.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Follow up with interested customers for closing sales.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Maintain a positive, professional, and polite communication tone at all times.
Report to the team leader/manager on call status and conversions.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate (any stream).
Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as required].
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (Freshers can also apply).
