We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain services to customers, maintain follow-ups, and support lead generation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

🔹 Responsibilities

✔ Make outbound calls to potential customers
✔ Explain company services/products clearly and professionally
✔ Generate leads and schedule follow-ups
✔ Maintain customer database and update call records
✔ Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
✔ Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients
✔ Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
✔ Coordinate with the sales/marketing teams for closures

🔹 Skills & Requirements

✔ Excellent verbal communication skills
✔ Strong convincing & listening abilities
✔ Good phone etiquette and confidence
✔ Ability to handle customer queries with patience
✔ Basic computer skills (MS Office/CRM is a plus)
✔ Fluency in English and local languages is preferred
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
