Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients, generate interest, and qualify leads for sales follow-up.
Handle inbound inquiries from clients and provide project details in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain and update the database / CRM with client details, follow-up status, and lead progress.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, client meetings, and closure support.
Follow up with potential customers to ensure timely conversion and maintain engagement.
Share daily reports on call status, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
Provide accurate information about projects, offers, pricing, and availability to customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance the company’s reputation.
Assist in marketing activities such as promotional calls, event invitations, and campaign support.
