We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and generating leads for property sales or rentals. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads

• Explain details of residential and commercial properties to clients

• Maintain records of calls and client information in CRM systems

• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve basic queries

Requirements:

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate is a plus
