Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
· Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve queries and provide information.
· Maintain and update customer databases.
· Follow up on leads and convert prospects into sales.
· Record call outcomes and customer interactions accurately.

· Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
· Basic computer knowledge.
