Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic female Tele caller to join our construction team. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, follow up with clients, and support the sales and operations teams in coordinating construction-related services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up with existing inquiries.
Provide accurate information about construction services, ongoing projects, and timelines.
Coordinate between clients and the project/operations team.
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
Schedule meetings, site visits, or consultations as required.
Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of experience in tele calling or customer support(Freshers can also apply).
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
Confident, polite, and customer-focused.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or Excel.
