We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our International travel company. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them with travel inquiries, package details, and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from leads provided

• Share information about travel packages, deals, and services

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable travel options

• Maintain records of calls and update customer information in CRM

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication

• Achieve weekly/monthly targets and contribute to team success

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of travel destinations and packages (training provided)

• Ability to handle rejection and stay positive

• Proficiency in Hindi and English (Regional languages a plus)

• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a bonus
