We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele calling Executive to join our team at Vodafone Idea Telecom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer queries, promoting telecom products/services, and providing excellent customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Handle inbound customer queries related to plans, services, billing, etc.
Promote Vodafone Idea’s products, plans, and special offers.
Maintain customer data, call records, and feedback using CRM tools.
Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions.
Follow scripts and compliance guidelines as per company standards.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer and typing proficiency.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Good listening skills and customer-centric attitude.
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in telecom/customer service/BPO is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
