Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller at NoBrokerHood located in Bengaluru. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making calls to residents, managing queries and feedback, resolving complaints, and promoting services to improve resident experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer service orientation

• Problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle multiple tasks

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial

• Understanding of gated community operations is advantageous

• Minimum of 0.6-1 year of experience in a Tele Caller role
