Key Responsibilities:
Lead Calling & Follow-ups: Contact potential students from various lead sources and engage them effectively.
Information & Guidance: Explain program features, eligibility, and career benefits clearly over calls.
Lead Conversion: Motivate students to take the next step and complete enrollment.
Data Management: Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or Excel.
Daily Reporting: Share daily updates on call performance and targets achieved.
Coordination: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams for smooth communication and follow-up.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Minimum 0- 6months in Tele calling / Inside Sales preferably in the education industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali ( Mandatory).
Personality: Confident, presentable ,persuasive, and customer-oriented.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
