Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calling, generate leads, engage with potential and existing clients, and ensure smooth follow-ups to close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell packages.
Identify and generate qualified leads through effective communication.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the Team Leader/Manager.
Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Prior experience in telecalling or sales preferred.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports.
