Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales.
Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries.
Provide information about courses or services offered by the institute.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Follow up with prospects and clients via calls or emails.
Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Maintain a polite and professional demeanor during all interactions.
