Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele caller for Personal Loans to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to offer personal loan products, explaining loan features and benefits, and converting leads into successful applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database/leads.
Promote and explain personal loan products clearly and effectively.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable loan solutions.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer interaction records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and market trends.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Tele Calling/sales (preferably in loans, banking, or financial services).
Language: Fluency in English and [mention local/regional language if applicable].
Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.).
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
