Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, generate leads, or handle customer queries. You should have excellent communication and persuasion skills to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and explain products or services.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.

• Maintain customer databases and keep records of calls and sales.

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Report to the team leader or manager about call performance and feedback.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in Hindi

• Confidence and excellent telephone etiquette

• Ability to handle rejection and stress

• Persuasive and goal-oriented

• Basic computer knowledge MS Excel

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduation preferred

• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus

• Freshers are also welcome with good communication skills

Salary: ₹[10000-15000] per month + 5000
