What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our loan products.

• Generate and qualify leads for personal and business loans.

• Maintain records of calls and follow up with interested customers.

• Work closely with the sales and operations team to convert leads into disbursed loans.

• Meet daily and monthly targets in a fun, team-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication skills (Hindi and English preferred).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Confidence to talk to new people on the phone.

• Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus, but freshers can apply — we’ll train you!
