Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain records of calls and update customer information accurately in the database.
Follow up on previous calls and maintain a relationship with prospective clients.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Explain product features and benefits in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Good verbal communication skills (in Hindi, English, or regional languages)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
