 Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls, chats, emails, and WhatsApp.

 Understand customer needs and recommend suitable makeO (toothsi) products & services.

 Follow-up with prospects and ensure timely closures.

 Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

 Maintain and update CRM system with customer details, feedback, and call outcomes. Build strong product knowledge to confidently handle customer queries.

 Educate customers about the benefits of aligners, treatment process, pricing, and offers.

 Handle objections effectively and convert prospects into successful sales.

 Maintain high levels of professionalism, empathy, and customerfirst attitude in all interactions.
