Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, answering queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients.

• Handle inbound inquiries related to products, services, or support.

• Explain product features and benefits to customers clearly and effectively.

• Maintain records of calls and customer information within the CRM system.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a robust pipeline.

• Address customer concerns or issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Conduct surveys or gather feedback when needed.

• Provide excellent customer service to build rapport with clients.

• Collaborate with team members for process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role (preferred).

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Proficiency in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software experience is a plus).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
