As a Career Growth & Community Support Executive, you will play a vital role in guiding new members, managing community interactions, and ensuring smooth execution of our programs. You’ll be the bridge between our mentor and our growing member base.
Onboard new community members via WhatsApp and email
Guide members through initial training, resources, and success steps
Respond to queries, provide updates, and ensure timely support
Track member progress and report to the mentor team
Assist in preparing presentations, resources, and success stories
Manage daily updates, polls, and engagement activities in our WhatsApp community
Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and events
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (spoken and written)
Basic computer and smartphone skills (Google Docs, WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.)
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Positive, motivating personality with patience for customer interaction
Prior experience in customer support, community management, or training is a plus
Work from anywhere – fully remote
