Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients and explain educational programs.
Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable courses or programs.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
Coordinate with the admissions/counselling team for smooth onboarding.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the education sector.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
