Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our food franchise & white labeling services.

• Follow-up with interested prospects and maintain a detailed call log.

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity.

• Convert inquiries into scheduled meetings or demos.

• Share company brochures, pricing, and service information.

• Update CRM with relevant call outcomes and feedback.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers.

Key Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

• Confidence and persuasion skills to handle objections.

• Ability to explain complex services in simple terms.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
