We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team.
Your role will involve connecting with customers, sharing information about our services, handling queries, and building positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and follow up with leads or inquiries
Handle inbound calls, explain services, and resolve basic queries
Maintain call records and update CRM software regularly
Send follow-up emails or prepare simple call reports when needed
Achieve daily calling targets while keeping interactions positive and professional
Skills Required:
Excellent Communication: Clear, engaging, and polite speech in Hindi and English
Active Listening: Understand customer needs and respond effectively
Writing Skills: Able to write follow-up emails and simple reports clearly
Patience & Calmness: Stay composed during high call volumes or difficult interactions
Adaptability: Adjust your tone and approach based on customer personality
Persuasion: Convince potential customers by highlighting key benefits
Relationship Building: Build trust and connect genuinely with customers
CRM Knowledge: Use CRM tools to manage leads and track follow-ups
Time Management: Prioritize calls and meet daily targets efficiently
Persistence: Keep following up, even if the first response isn’t positive
Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers welcome with good verbal communication skills.)
Qualifications:
Minimum: 10+2 (Intermediate) from any board.
Basic Computer Skills:
MS Office, email, and CRM familiarity
