Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads provided by the company
Answer incoming calls and resolve basic product or service-related queries
Clearly explain the company’s offering and pitch value to different types of leads
Maintain daily call logs, lead follow-ups, and update records in the CRM
Schedule meetings or demos for interested prospects with the relevant team
Stay updated with product knowledge and scripts to ensure smooth conversations
Collect feedback from customers and share it with the internal team
Meet daily and weekly call targets (call volume, conversion goals, etc.)
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales
Confident, polite, and clear communicator — fluent in Hindi and basic English (Gujarati is a bonus)
Comfortable with calling high volumes of leads and handling rejections professionally
Good listener with a positive attitude and basic problem-solving approach
Can work well with a team and follow instructions without micro-management
Basic knowledge of using a phone, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus
