Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.
Explain products/services and generate leads or sales.
Maintain call records and update customer databases.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections confidently.
