Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales
Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, and outcomes
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
Work towards achieving monthly targets
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Previous telesales or customer service experience is an advantage
