Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and confident Tele-caller to join our Tele-Sales team at Creastate Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our real estate projects, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote real estate projects.

• Explain project details, pricing, and amenities clearly and persuasively.

• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into site visits.

• Schedule and coordinate client appointments with the sales team.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and meeting targets.

• Record customer information, feedback, and next follow-ups in MS Excel Sheet.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation

• Proven experience as a Tele-caller, Telemarketing Executive, or Customer Service Representative (real estate background preferred).

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi & basic English.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Confident, goal-oriented, and positive attitude toward sales.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month (depending on experience) + Attractive Incentives.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Week Off on Wednesday)
