We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller Associate to support our lead generation and sales pipeline. You will be the first point of contact for potential tenants, helping them understand our offerings and setting up property visits or calls with the sales team.
Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated from marketing campaigns, property listings, referrals, and walk-ins.
Explain PG/hostel features, amenities, pricing, and location advantages to potential customers.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements and schedule property visits or virtual tours.
Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM or Excel trackers.
Handle incoming queries from customers and provide prompt and accurate information.
Coordinate with the field sales or property team to ensure lead conversion.
Share feedback from calls to help improve marketing and communication strategies.
Minimum 10+2; graduate preferred.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Real estate/hostel/ed-tech domain is a plus).
Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages (Like Marathi, Hindi).
Good listening skills and ability to handle customer objections.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel or any CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
