We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller with strong communication skills to join our team at Career Margdarshak. The role involves interacting with potential students/clients, understanding their needs, providing information about our services, and helping them select the right career guidance or training programs.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients/students and introduce them to our services.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain call records and update the CRM system with correct information.
Understand client requirements and guide them towards suitable programs.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the sales/admission team to convert leads.
Maintain high levels of professionalism and service quality.
Minimum 1 to 4 years of Telecalling / Customer Service / Inside Sales experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong listening and persuasion skills.
Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
