Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and persuasive Telecallers to promote ICICI Prudential Life Insurance's term plans. The role involves engaging potential customers over the phone, understanding their insurance needs, and offering suitable term insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain ICICI Prudential's term insurance products.
Needs Assessment: Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
Sales Conversion: Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into policyholders.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to ensure timely policy closures.
Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Minimum: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience:
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Candidates with 6 months to 5 years of experience in BPO telesales, especially in insurance or financial services, will have an advantage.
Skills:
Proficient in English communication.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
Compensation:
Fixed Salary Structure:
Level 1: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000
Level 2: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000
Level 3: ₹20,001 – ₹22,000
Level 4: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on top of the fixed salary.
Note: Salary level will be determined based on the candidate's skill set and experience.
Work Schedule:
Shift Timings:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: One rotational week off.
