Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our services clearly and confidently

• Handle inquiries from students and parents regarding career counselling, training programs, and more

• Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into appointments

• Accurately update lead data and feedback in CRM

• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions

• Maintain a friendly and professional tone with every interaction

• Basic telecaller duties

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (Basic English preferred)

• Confident, polite, and energetic on call

• 12th Pass or Graduate in any field

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus (Freshers can apply)

• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM usage is an advantage
