Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Executive to join our team in Sitapura, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field, with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

• Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM tools.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Work closely with the sales team to support on-ground activities.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or related role.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and strong negotiation skills.
