Key Responsibility -

• Good communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Place outbound cold calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses.

• Prepare and update call reports using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

• Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance goals.
