Job Description: Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Telecaller will be to make outbound calls to potential candidates for hiring positions, including recruiting team members and drivers. And also receiving the inbound calls. Additionally, the Telecaller will be responsible for following up on payments with drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates for various hiring positions.

• Screen candidates and assess their suitability for the role.

• Follow up on payments with drivers and resolve any payment-related issues.

• Maintain and update the database of contacts and candidate information.

• Meet daily and weekly call targets.

• Handle and resolve queries from candidates and drivers.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in Hindi, English, and Kannada.

• Basic knowledge of Excel.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

• Salary: 15k-18K monthly.

• Work Location: Doorvaninagar, Bangalore.
