We are seeking a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, generating interest, and closing sales over the phone.
Make daily outbound calls to prospective leads provided by the company
Explain products/services in detail and generate interest
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on warm leads
Persuade potential customers to purchase and close sales over call
Maintain database of calls, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Handle customer queries, objections, and provide accurate information
Coordinate with field teams (if applicable) for appointment setting or demos
Maintain a positive and professional tone during calls
12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
Experience in telesales, telecalling, or BPO voice process preferred
Strong communication and convincing skills
Confident, polite, and target-driven attitude
Ability to handle rejections and objections positively
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Google Sheets)
Fluent in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
