The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, sharing information about real estate projects, and generating interest in site visits. The goal is to identify prospective buyers, qualify their needs, and set up appointments for the sales team.
Outbound Calling:
Make daily calls to leads received through various sources (online portals, campaigns, referrals, etc.).
Explain the project details clearly, including location, pricing, amenities, and benefits.
Lead Qualification:
Understand customer requirements and check if they match the available property inventory.
Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and buying timeline.
Follow-Ups:
Regularly follow up with interested leads via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
Schedule and confirm site visits for the sales team.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and lead status in the CRM or Excel sheet.
Update lead feedback and maintain daily call logs and reports.
Customer Service:
Address basic queries or concerns of potential customers.
Ensure a positive and professional experience for every caller.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
Basic understanding of real estate products and terminology.
Fluency in English and regional languages (as applicable).
Familiarity with CRM systems or MS Excel is a plus.
