Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Office Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Role Overview
We are hiring energetic and confident Telesales Executives (BDAs) who can communicate effectively and help the company achieve its sales goals. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, this is the right opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Understand customer needs and suggest the best solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a strong follow-up with customers to close sales.
Record all customer details and sales data in the CRM.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Coordinate with the team and report daily performance to the manager.
Requirements
Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
Freshers can also apply — must have good communication and convincing skills.
Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools (preferred).
